A pair of white-ground aged ormolu-mounted sevres-style porcelain vases and cover, painted with scenes after the paintings of François Boucher with amorous couples, with natural landscapes scenes to the reverse, within a gilt seeded band inside richly gilt scrollwork cartouche, the shoulder flanked by upright ormolu winged acanthus-scroll handles suspending laurel swag rings, with a waisted neck form encircled with laurel wreath band and enriched with gilt foliate pattern, surmounted with gilt ornate domed cover with ormolu pinecone finial, raised on an ornamented conforming socle and engraved aged ormolu circular footed base.
